Township Clerk

The Municipal Clerk serves as Secretary of the Municipal Corporation and Secretary to the Governing Body. She maintains custody of all minutes, ordinances and resolutions of the municipality. She is the Records Coordinator and Manager. Open Records requests can be made through the Township Clerks Office.

The Municipal Clerk is the Chief Administrative Officer of all Elections and Chief Registrar of Voters in the municipality. Our residents can obtain Voter Registration Forms, Vote-by-Mail Ballot Applications and Party Affiliation Declaration Forms from this office.

The Municipal Clerk is the Administrative Officer. She issues Social Affair Permits, Raffle and Bingo Licenses, Liquor Licenses and Assessment Search Certificates. Additionally, the Municipal Clerk manages Vacant and Abandoned Property Registrations in the Township.
