Greenwich Township

.-There is no higher priority to our town than the Safety of our Residents and Employees. We will continue to stay updated with the very latest information from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), medical professionals, government agencies, and our County Emergency Management to stay on top of this evolving situation.

We are closely following the CDC's guidelines and recommendations on the steps we can take to help prevent the spread of the virus. We have shared specific instructions with our employees on the importance of washing their hands and staying home if they feel sick.

According to the most recent information from the CDC, for most people, the immediate risk of being exposed to the virus that causes COVID-19 is thought to be low. We want you to feel confident when doing business with the Township. As a result, we have enhanced some of our cleaning procedures in the interest of our Residents’ and Employees' health and safety.

We have stepped up our cleaning services in our Public Buildings. Be confident that we are monitoring and acting on this developing situation closely. We are prepared to navigate through these challenging circumstances with your safety and confidence in us at the forefront of everything we do.

As information becomes available, we will notify residents of any closures or cancellations of public events, by posting our public buildings, posting notices on our website, and posting to our three official Facebook pages, those being Greenwich Township OEM, Greenwich Township, and Greenwich Township Police.

Residents are urged to monitor the Township’s website and or the Township Facebook  or the Twp of Greenwich OEM Facebook sites for updated local information.
